the location was great, really close to everything. the staff was friendly, they kept the room clean .

The stairs were very steep and narrow. I slipped while carrying my luggage. the bed was also uncomfortable. towels felt old and not very fresh.

i stay one night at this place, and everything just works. the room size is nice, i get a kettle for make tea, that is so great. hotel location near all the things, and the staffs is friendly, they help me.

it have stairs, they are spiral and narrow. it are difficult for me get to the 4th floor. i wish have luggage assistance.

loud stafflimited water pressure

the noise level was a problem. staff members were quite loud in the hallway early one morning. the thin walls did little to block the sound. i also found the limited water pressure in the shower disappointing.
